No—and that’s actually one of the ways we help keep your bar budget under control. Liquid Luxe operates as a dry-hire bartending service

How do I know how much alcohol to purchase?
Don’t worry—we’ll help you every step of the way! Using your guest count, number of drinking-age adults, drinking preferences, event length, and drink menu, Liquid Luxe will help you determine what types of alcohol to purchase and how much you’ll need for your event.
Pretty much everything you need for a seamless bar experience—except the alcohol! We provide the bartenders, mixers, garnishes, ice, bar tools, cups, straws, napkins, and all the little details needed to bring your bar to life. You supply the alcohol, and we take care of the rest.

What does Liquid Luxe provide?
Can we book Liquid Luxe without the Scotty bar?

Absolutely! The Scotty is completely optional. If your venue already has a bar, we’re happy to work from it. If not, we also have our own mobile bar setup that can be used for indoor events. We’ll work with your venue and event setup to find the option that works best for you!
We’ll help you figure that out! The number of bartenders needed depends on your guest count, drink menu, event size, and bar setup. Once we know the details of your event, Liquid Luxe will recommend the right number of bartenders to keep drinks flowing and lines moving.

How many bartenders will I need?
We’re happy to travel! Travel within 35 miles is included at no additional cost. Beyond 35 miles, a travel fee of $1.50 per mile applies. For events located more than two hours away, we also require the cost of a hotel room to be covered.

How far do you travel?
Not at all! We love weddings, but we’re here for all kinds of celebrations. From birthdays and anniversaries to corporate events, showers, holiday parties, graduations, and backyard celebrations—if there’s something worth celebrating, Liquid Luxe is ready to bring the bar!

Do you only bartend weddings?
How far in advance should we book?

The sooner, the better! Popular dates—especially weekends during wedding season—can fill up quickly. We recommend booking as soon as you have your date and venue secured. That said, if your event is coming up soon, don’t hesitate to reach out! If we have availability, we’d love to be part of your celebration.
What is required to book & reserve our date?

To officially secure your date with Liquid Luxe, we require a signed contract and a 25% deposit. Once both are received, your date is officially reserved and we can start planning all the fun details!
Yes! Liquid Luxe carries both general liability and liquor liability insurance. We also require all of our bartenders to be RAMP certified, helping ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with Pennsylvania requirements.

What happens to leftover alcohol after our event?

At the end of the night, we’ll pack everything up for you, separating opened and unopened products into different boxes. We do our best throughout your event to only open and chill what is needed, helping minimize waste.
We also recommend checking the return policy where you purchase your alcohol, as many retailers will accept unopened and unchilled products for return.
